Right on the windy tip of the Bodrum Peninsula on the Aegean Coast of Turkey. If you are a windsurfer or a kitesurfer, or you would like to learn windsurfing or kitesurfing and you are looking for a nice, warm and windy place; 12 years ago we found one in Turkey. We decided to build our centre here and make it the best possible.
Because this is the place where we wanted to windsurf as much as we could. We love to share it with our guests. The greatest thing about it, is to see people enjoying their holidays and improving their surfing.

Getting here : Airports: Bodrum-Milas international Airport 60 km. We can organize airport transfers by taxi or minibus. You can rent a car from us and get it delivered to the airport on your arrival. You can make your own way by taxi or by bus via Bodrum town center. Other ways to get here are via:- Izmir (250 km) Dalaman (260 km) Greek island of Kos (40 km road, then 45 min ferry to Bodrum) has also an international airport Fener beach is on the way from Akyarlar to Turgutreis. You can get there by a direct minibus service (dolmush) from Bodrum city center (20 km), from Turgutreis town (6 km) and from Akyarlar village (2 km). The dolmush service is the cheapest way of traveling on Bodrum peninsula. You can not miss the only lighthouse of the peninsula midway from Akyarlar village to Turgutreis. The dolmush driver will stop wherever you like. The centre is next to the lighthouse you won't miss the flags and the windsurfers.

Turkey, with its rich natural resources and hundreds of rivers, provides great opportunities for water sports like rafting, canoeing and water-skiing, while always respecting the cultural, historical and environmental qualities of the country. The most famous is the River Çoruh, renowned internationally as one of the fastest flowing in the world.
The Dalaman River, whose ancient name was Indos, begins in the Koçaş Mountain near Dirmil and lies between Marmaris and Fethiye. The total length of the river is 229 km. Increased by branches from the Göktepe and Yaylacık Mountains of West Toros (Taurus), it flows through a narrow and deep valley and reaches the sea 8 km south of Ortaca.
As the river is fed with the natural limestone, the turquoise-blue water is always clear and warm. The Dalaman is near the popular areas of the Mediterranean and Aegean, so it attracts local and foreign tourists and rafting is possible throughout the year. For accommodation, there are many guest-houses in Akköprü village.
COURSE
The rafting points can be easily reached from Marmaris, Dalyan, Fethiye and Turunç and from Dalaman airport. The water level of the river, in which rafting is possible throughout the year, rises the most in September and October. As flowing water forms small falls, there are passes among the course, which divert the river into two separate branches over the Akköprü village.
The upper branch is class 5 and the lower is class 3 - 4. Once reaching Akköprü, the flow rate of the river increases and class becomes higher.
